USDA FPAC Farm Loans
CDG supports the modernization efforts within the Department of Agriculture’s FPAC’s Farm Loans Program (FLP). The USDA’s Kansas City data center is slated to shut down in March 2026, mandating all applications hosted on site to be relocated either to the cloud or a data center in Chicago. CDG supports the essential upgrades to 27+ legacy applications so that they can be relocated and adhere to the USDA Cloud Mandate. These systems are the foundational backbone and underlying plumbing for several business functions that makeup the Farm Loans Program ecosystem. As an example, the National Appraisal Tracking System (NATS) is being upgraded a modernized approach to ordering, processing, and tracking appraisal services required for making and servicing loans in the Farm Service Agency and streamlining appraisal process for both farm and non-farm properties.

Department of Treasury TTB systems
CDG supports the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) by enabling its mission to ensure the integrity of alcohol, tobacco, firearms, and ammunition industries through fair competition, consumer protection, and efficient tax administration. We advance TTB’s strategic goals by strengthening digital-first transformation initiatives, modernizing core systems, and enhancing automation across labeling, tax return processing, and enforcement workflows. Through improved service delivery, digital capabilities, and workforce support, our work helps TTB operate transparently, uphold quality service, and promote an equitable marketplace.

DHS USCIS myUSCIS
CDG helps USCIS achieve their vision of a more user-friendly digital experience for the millions of people around the world who visit the myUSCIS website. CDG built an innovative web application changing the way people navigate the immigration process to apply for benefits and to access critical services. The team follows the Agile methodology providing user-centered design, software engineering, and DevSecOps capabilities.

DHS ICE SEVP
CDG delivered the Admissibility Indicator (AI) application to production at the Student Exchange Visitor Program. AI was created in response to the Boston Bombing in April of 2013 to rapidly create an interface to exchange relevant data between the Student Exchange Visitor Information System and Customs Border Protection. The AI application was one of the first to embrace the Scrum framework at the agency and is built using microservices to transport data between each layer of the system. The AI web application assists border control with the decision to allow a student or exchange visitor entry into the United States.

USDA FPAC Agile Support
CDG implements the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for producers, ranchers, farmers, foresters, and other consumers. CDG supports FPAC Cloud Migration, enhancing the delivery of Geospatial Services. Our tailored Agile approach focuses on customer value, delivers results-oriented services, and functions as a service provider to users while becoming a model standard for the USDA.

DHS USCIS CLAIMS 3
CDG provided services to CLAIMS 3, a USCIS Enterprise Case Management application that is used for tracking and processing the adjudication of immigration benefits and services. Our team developed a set of web components and products used to obtain background checks, examinations and adjudications. CLAIMS 3 is part of the USCIS Digital Processing initiative and provides digital-only processing of a subset of benefit types.

DHS USCIS OICMS
CDG replaced the existing Investigation Division Case Management System (IDCMS) with the new Office of Investigations Case Management System (OICMS) to comply with the Homeland Security Act by conducting investigations of criminal and non-criminal allegations of misconduct, corruption, and fraud involving any USCIS employees. Using Agile methodologies, our team configured a new solution to replace IDCMS, migrate the data, implement existing workflows, analyze, and propose improvements, and implement requirements based on policy and procedural changes.

DHS USCIS CSWP
CDG provides User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX) and development support to the Customer Service Web Portal (CSWP), a dynamic enterprise web portal that serves as the agency’s official source of immigration policy, forms, and information for both USCIS staff and the public. CSWP provides the public with an effective online experience for users of all skill levels to access USCIS information, download forms, use educational materials, and gain access to USCIS systems for scheduling interviews and applying for benefits utilizing the Drupal open-source content management. The information on DHS’ USCIS website and on the EVerify website promote awareness and understanding of immigration and citizenship topics.

USDA Forest Service eMNEPA
CDG supports the technological solutions that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Forest Service’s National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance. Electronic management for NEPA (eMNEPA) is a principal initiative of the agency’s electronic government work, and our team supports the development of microservices and the web interface for the Comment and Analysis Response Application.

State of Nebraska DHHS iServe
CDG is currently working on the State of Nebraska’s iServe cloud-based web application to implement an enhanced consumer/citizen benefits portal. This system will improve the access, outcomes, user experience, accountability, and quality of Nebraska’s Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) services through an integrated, consumer-centric model of practice across all programs, for a modernized and improved user experience.
